THIS PROGRAM IS FOR CURRENT WOUFC PLAYERS ONLY
- Ball striking: slotting, bending, chipping, floating, and driving the ball to goal or to a teammate
- Air balls: heading (age-permitting), volleying, half-volleying, settling, and playing soccer tennis to help all of these skills
- Receiving: inside of foot, outside of foot, bottom of foot, Cruyff turn, and passing game to help them work on receiving challenging balls.
- Footwork: inside out, L, V, pull-hop, pull-turn, Cruyff, inside chop, outside chop. Not only learning them but building the muscle memory to perform them in games
Design of Training:
Training will be 90 minutes.
We will have four stations each practice, working on the specific skill mentioned above.
Players will work on that skill for 20 minutes at each station and then get a break and rotate.
Length: Clinic would run for 8 training dates
Program Dates: Sign up for Tuesday or Wednesday Sessions.
