Basketball Programs

2022-2023 MTL Basketball Program 

MTL Elementary Boys & Girls Basketball (Grade 4/5):

Teams are composed of students from each West Orange Elementary School. All kids play. 

Teams are announced in November after registration is complete.

Practices begin in December. Practices are weekday evenings. The specific practice schedule for each team will be determined based upon the volunteer coach's availability. 

Games are held on Sunday afternoons (12pm - 6pm) from January through March.

The game schedule is subject to change based upon participation.

MTL Middle School Boys & Girls Basketball (Grades 6/7/8):

Teams are composed of students from Grades 6 thru 8. All kids play, but preseason evaluations are mandatory.

Teams are announced in November after our Middle School Draft.

Practices begin in December. Practices are weekday evenings. The specific practice schedule for each team will be determined based upon the volunteer coaches availability.

Games are held weekday evenings from January through March.

Girl's Games have traditionally been Monday/Wednesday 6pm - 9pm. Boy's Games have traditionally been Tuesdays/Thursday 6pm - 9pm. 

The game schedule is subject to change based upon participation.
