West Orange United FC Spring 2019 - New Players 2010-2004 - BY INVITATION ONLY

Welcome new players!

Below is some basic information about the travel soccer program, including the steps you will need to take to accept your child's position. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to email (westorangeunitedfc@gmail.com), or text or call (Jennifer Buesser at 917-771-2060). If your child will not be accepting this invitation we would appreciate your letting us know ASAP to help us plan.

The Registration Fee for the spring season is $425, payable as follows: $125 non-refundable deposit due upon registration (by December 17th); $150 due by January 15, 2019; and $150 due by February 15, 2019. New players will also be required to purchase practice and game uniforms, at a cost of approximately $140.

The spring season consists of approximately 12 weeks of twice-weekly practices run by a professional coach, and a season (8-10 games) of league play. Spring practices will start in mid-March, and league play will begin in late March or early April, depending on the league. The practice schedule will be finalized in February, but teams practice either Mon/Wed or Tue/Thur at West Orange High School. Spring games will be played on Sundays, with the exception of Easter Sunday and Memorial Day Weekend, generally between 9 am and 6 pm. Make-up games may be on Saturdays. The leagues will release their schedules in mid to late March. Players are expected to attend all practices and games.

TO ACCEPT THIS INVITATION, please register your player and make the initial $125 payment by clicking on the Register Now button at the bottom of this page. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful completion of the registration process. If you do not receive a confirmation, please return to the site to complete your registration. Please register by December 17th to reserve your child's spot.

All payments must be made through the Mountain Top website by the dates indicated above. Players with past due balances as of the start of the spring season will not be permitted to practice or play until full payment is received or other payment arrangements are made. Limited financial aid is available on a confidential basis. LEAGUE REGISTRATION: The email you received inviting your child to the team contained information about the league registration process.

WINTER FUTSAL: Registration for our optional winter futsal program is open. The program will run from the first week in January through mid-March at the St. Joseph's Church gym in West Orange, and the cost is $135 per player. Openings are limited in each age group. Each session runs for one hour and includes training with one of our professional coaches followed by games. To register your player, return to the "Programs" tab and find the session for their team.

UNIFORMS: New players are required to purchase practice and game uniforms, at a cost of approximately $140. You will be able to order your uniform online in January. Further information will be provided as soon as it's available.

SIBLING DISCOUNT: $25 discount for each additional child registered in the WO United Travel Soccer. After registering the children and completing the total spring payment, please email our Treasurer, Anne-Sophie Whitehead, at mtl.treasurer@gmail.com.
